If I purchased one, when can I receive my ebook package?
The package that consists of the ebook, contract forms, and sample promotional ads will be given to you in a compressed (ZIP) file. As you purchase, after about 5 minutes, a download link will be emailed to you. The software bonus will also be emailed to you through USPS first class mail. For the software to arrive, please allow about 10 – 15 working days.
What if I haven’t received any email yet?
There will come a point that auto generated email will be treated as spam or bulk mail on your email server, so it is best to check those too. If you still can’t find any email, feel free to contact us.
Can I pay through money order or check since I do not have credit card?
No, since digital products are auto generated and it cannot be processed manually.
Is there any warranty or guarantee?
Ebooks are non-returnable, but with us, we will refund your payment if you have experienced technical difficulty in installing or accessing it. But of course, you must notify us about the problem within 5 business days of the original transaction. If we cannot fix the problem promptly, then we will refund the paid fee.
